This shot was created using a reverse mounted lens focused on a shallow glass pan of water mixed with oil and lit with an off camera flash. The pan was set about 8" off the surface of a table. Placed on the table underneath the pan was a child's drawing. I focused the lens on the smaller bubbles that were acting as lenses themselves and showing a smaller, focused version of the artwork underneath.
