NICE SNAPS....eye am an artist and wanted to use the cowboy for reference for a painting i am working on...who is this guy? He's amazing!
Thanks! I wish I had more info about the cowboy....I bet the Everett Chamber of Commerce or The City of Everett would be able to check for you though. I'm pretty sure one of the two handles the applications for folks who want to be in the fair. Feel free to base your painting off of my photo, all I ask is for credit for the original image.
